Quick Egg Wrap

This is my go-to for busy weekday because it's so fast and I do my best to have all these ingredients as a staple in the fridge.

There's absolutely no excuses for not eating clean and saying that you don't have time because tasty does NOT have to mean complicated

It takes 10 mins from start to finish and is just 5 ingredients.


  • 1 wrap of your choice - or if you're going low carb/ GF, use a coconut wrap

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 tomato, sliced

  • 2 eggs

  • Nutritional yeast


  1. Toast up wrap in the oven briefly until it puffs up slightly

  2. Fry 2 eggs with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Place eggs on the wrap along with the rest of the ingredients

*Add whatever toppings works for you. These are just my fridge staples
